Returns

Scoreboard Sports carefully selects all products and services we provide. Occasionally, you may have to return something to us for a number of reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. Ordered a shoe and it doesn't fit? We will exchange for the proper size.

For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in original condition. If sold as a set, it must be returned as a set. Any items that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition and packaging, and cannot be returned. Please try everything on indoors.

Closeout items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.

There are no returns allowed on customized items, videos or DVDs with opened packaging.

We cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient." Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.

Returns and Shipping Costs

We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.

Orders Shipped with Free Shipping

If your order was shipped to you via our free shipping promotion, be aware of the following policies:

Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, and received your original shipment via the free shipping promotion, we are not able to ship your exchange order back via the free shipping promotion. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

Returns: On orders shipped via our free shipping promotion, there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping costs.

When returning an item, please send your item(s) using the base ground service of your preferred provider. Please do not use expedited or 2nd day air to return your item(s).

All items that we sell have met a high standard of expectation for quality and performance. Many of these items require special care/maintenance due to the material they are made of (leather, latex foam, performance fabrics, etc.). All products will show some typical wear and tear due to the nature of their intended use. These are not defects. Defects will typically manifest themselves within 60 days. We will accept returns for defective products within 60 days.

If proper care and maintenance have not been executed a material may not meet the expected standards. This is not a defect as care and maintenance and the execution thereof are the responsibility of the customer.

Although we are able to ship via a variety of services, Scoreboard Sports primarily ships via DHL. At times, we may ship via USPS and UPS. Please note that in some cases your order will ship directly from the manufacturer.

• Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Overnight, normally 1 bus. Day
• 2-Day, normally 2 bus. Days

Alaska or Hawaii

• USPS 7-10 bus. Days

P.O. Boxes

• UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your order must be shipped to a P.O. Box we will ship your order via USPS. The same shipping rates apply. We cannot ship oversized items with USPS.
